Replacement Policy

Euro Ceramica is dedicated to total customer satisfaction and committed to providing our customers with products they can enjoy. Our Replacement Policy is available for products that arrive chipped, cracked or contain a defect.

Replacement requests must occur within 3 days of purchase or delivery. Please send an email to replacement@euroceramicainc.com and include:

  1. Item Number/UPC
  2. Proof of Purchase [or] Gift Receipt
  3. Clear Photo(s) of the Damaged Piece(s). If multiple replacements are needed, all pieces should be pictured in one photo.
  4. Your Name, Contact Number and Mailing Address.

Replacements will only be considered for items that are damaged or defected and does not include ordinary production processes.
